A pedestrian pathway connecting directly to The BlueBird
The new pathway improves indoor–outdoor flow and encourages casual interaction throughout the day. Tenants can step outside, recharge, and return to their teams refreshed.

This plaza complements recent upgrades at the WSFS Bank Center. The building now offers a full fitness center with shower, dynamic conferencing suites, and a clubroom with a grab and go marketplace. The BlueBird, opened in late 2024, pairs seamlessly with the outdoor area. Together, these amenities support wellness, collaboration, and convenience for everyone onsite.
Strengthening Long-Term Partnerships
