Annual Day of Service: Strengthening Communities Through Strategic Engagement

At BPG360, we are committed to enhancing the communities we serve. Our Annual Day of Service is a testament to this commitment, providing our associates with the opportunity to engage directly with local organizations and make a tangible impact.

In 2025, associates volunteered at several community-based organizations, including Faithful Friends, Boys & Girls Club, Neighborhood House, Friendship House, Humane Animal Partners, the City of Wilmington Parks Department, and the Food Bank of Delaware. Activities ranged from landscaping and painting to organizing donations and constructing colony cat houses. These efforts not only supported vital community programs but also fostered a sense of teamwork and shared purpose among our associates.

Participants noted the value of connecting with organizations they hadn't previously engaged with, gaining insights into the diverse needs within our community.
